Installation Instructions for GXSNMP on Debian systems

While GXSNMP is developed mostly on RedHat systems, all is not lost for
those of us using Debian.  Below is instructions for Debian users.  You should 
also read the README for generic GXSNMP instructions.

Required Packages
=================
Consider this an upstream Build-Depends: line, this is what you will need.
It is very easy to miss something that is required but already installed.
Of course there will be dependencies on these packages, but apt can take 
care of those for you.

automake
autoconf
gdk-imlib-dev
libart-dev
libaudiofile-dev
libc6-dev
libesd0-dev
libglib1.2.dev
libgnome-dev
libgtk1.2-dev
libsmi1-dev
libtool
xlib6g-dev
